Ms. Acosta was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Harlem, NY. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of New Haven and a master’s degree in childhood education from Fordham University. Before serving as assistant principal, Ms. Acosta taught kindergarten and third grade. She strives to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every student can flourish. Outside of work, Ms. Acosta loves traveling, immersing herself in diverse cultures, and spending quality time with loved ones.
